jesus "chuy" Lardizabal
Mr. Lardizabal, a native of El Paso, founded Altura Solutions in 2006. Yes, Chuy survived the 70’s and 80’s along the border, which explains a lot. He arrived in Austin back in 1990 to study at UT and decided that he wasn’t leaving. The best thing about Austin is that he met his wife while both were studying engineering. It’s a true engi-nerd love story.
Chuy has worked for engineering firms, a construction management firm, and for the City of Austin as the ADA Program Manager. He brings those perspectives to the development process and accessibility compliance.
In his free time, Chuy can be found practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ and his two kids keep him humble.
