Mike Vonderheide

Mike is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering. He brings 30 years of experience with construction, design and inspection on public sector roadway and building facility projects. Mike has worked with various government agencies including cities, a large metropolitan transportation department, and state DOT’s.



For the last ten years Mike has been working on accessibility projects, assisting TxDOT, other state DOT’s and smaller agencies on their development of transition plans. He has been active in all facets from identification to barriers, policy review, prioritization of barrier removal and implementation schedules.

Mike’s free time is spent mostly enjoying young grandchildren and fruitlessly chasing a little white golf ball.
